Memoir ("we", "us", "our") is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights.

When you use Memoir, we collect:

We do not collect IP addresses, device fingerprints, or tracking cookies.

2. How We Use Your Data

We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties for advertising purposes.

3. Data Storage

Your data is stored in a PostgreSQL database hosted by Neon (a Vercel partner). The database is located in the United States. All data is associated with your user account and is not accessible to other users.

4. Data Retention

Your data is retained as long as your account exists. You can delete your account at any time from the profile menu inside the app, which permanently deletes all your notes, tasks, events, and account information.

Memoir is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new policy.
