By creating an account or using Memoir, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
You may use Memoir for personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to:
You own the notes, tasks, and events you create. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to store and process your content solely to provide the Service to you. We do not use your content for any other purpose.
Your content may be sent to OpenAI's API to generate AI responses. You should not store highly sensitive personal information (e.g., passwords, financial account numbers) in Memoir.
Memoir uses AI to interpret and respond to your inputs. AI responses may occasionally be inaccurate or incomplete. Do not rely on Memoir for medical, legal, financial, or safety-critical decisions.
AI usage is limited to 100 requests per day per account to ensure fair access for all users.
You may delete your account at any time from the profile menu. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
We aim to keep Memoir available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Memoir and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including loss of data.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
